2-Allah said in surat annour verse 27:

the prophet PBUH said in the sahih Hadith(Whoever says: (assalamualaikum) ten good deeds are recorded for him, and whoever says: (assalamualaikum warahmatullahi) twenty good deeds are recorded for him, and whoever says: (assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh) thirty good deeds are recorded for him.

Tashahud is one of the prayer obligations and it must be said in Arabic as follows:
