ABOUT THE COURSE

You appear to have thought about enrolling in online Fiqh courses to learn more about Islam and its laws. The understanding of how to live our lives by Islam and how to worship properly and correctly is known as Islamic Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence). If you want to learn more about Islam, online Fiqh courses are for you. In some situations, learning Fiqh is required, such as when we get older and are required to perform the salah five times in addition to learning how to do it, what makes it invalid when each salah occurs, and the conditions of salah, etc.

One of the key subfields of Islamic studies is Islamic law (Fiqh). The student must complete four levels of study in the Islamic Fiqh curriculum:

  • Introductory
  • Beginner
  • Intermediate
  • Advanced.

The study of law begins with the jurisprudence of worship, which covers prayer, zakat, fasting, and the Hajj, and ends with the jurisprudence of transactions, which has many branches, including the jurisprudence of personal status, the jurisprudence of modern financial transactions, and the law of crimes.

This curriculum draws on references taught in universities as well as scientifically reputable sources that have been authorised by Al-Azhar Al-Sharif.

The Fiqh course online Principles was created by academics from Al-Azhar University in Cairo, Egypt, the most prominent institution of higher learning in Islam. It offers students of all levels of knowledge who want to learn more about Islamic jurisprudence a complete answer. You will gain knowledge by taking Fiqh Principles, regardless of whether you are searching for a basic understanding of Fiqh or you want to dig further into the subject.

There are four levels of Fiqh Principles: Introductory, Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. As we mentioned to you above. Let’s look at more about our course in the coming paragraphs.

WHY TAKING This COURSE

Fiqh is significant to every Muslim since the Quran and Sunnah make plain how excellent it is at helping people grasp Islam.

First and foremost, for a Muslim, nothing is more essential than obtaining the blessings of Allah Almighty, and Allah Almighty bestows his blessings on a person who learns Islamic law (Fiqh.) What should a Muslim seek in addition to that?

This course includes a comprehensive commentary on the chapter on prayer and purification that was authored by a leading figure in the Hanafi school of law.

Knowing that is important because someone with a higher understanding of Fiqh is more equipped than someone without Fiqh expertise to carry out the requirements of shariah.

So, this course attempts to provide students with a comprehensive grasp of Hanafi evidence for prayer and cleansing.

Knowledgeable students who have a fundamental grasp of Hanafi Fiqh and the capacity to comprehend the function of ancient literature are the target audience for this course.

What justifies learning Fiqh?

The reason why we should learn Fiqh online is now a question. Why is it so crucial? We must be aware that once a person reaches puberty, they are considered adults and are required to acquire the Al Fiqh about their Islamic obligations. How would he or she carry out his or her tasks if they are unknown to him or her? He is also disobeying Allah’s Almighty commands.

For instance, a Muslim is aware that conducting ablution before Salah is crucial since our Salah would not be approved otherwise. He is aware that ablution is required, but who will instruct him on how to do it? Fiqh Sunnah informs us of how the person who is going to give prayer will do ablution in this situation.

There are a lot more instances of how Fiqh is used in daily life that might be given. You should be aware, however, that all the obligations of our great religion, Islam, are founded on Fiqh. So, to do our tasks by the requirements of the Quran or Sunnah, we must be familiar with Fiqh.
